∎ Able to commission new born tissue paper plant and converting plant and able to work independently, Having experience in tissue paper manufacturing mill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate high speed production and packaging equipment and technology safely
∎ Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and/or adjust equipment and technology to maximize performance.
∎ Maintain the high quality standards of product.
∎ Reduce waste percentage and production cost.
∎ Work with maintenance support team of employees to operate and optimize high speed.
∎ Set up, control and adjust machine settings.
