Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering
∎ HSC/Diploma in Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operate machine as per defined speed of the machine.
∎ Perform routine cleaning and primary maintenance of workstation/machine in charge. Assist with scheduled maintenance where required and directed.
∎ Ensure production meets daily target plan accordingly.
∎ Maintain & ensure good manufacturing practice and cleaning of the designated workplaces in production floor
∎ Wear appropriate safety protection required at all times and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policy and procedures.
∎ Maintain safety levels with particular attention to machinery and electrical equipment.
∎ Maintain a strict level of personal and workplace hygiene.
∎ Ability to work as part of a team and actively participate in team decision making.
∎ Ability to show initiative, take on responsibility, and complete tasks set through to the end.
∎ Maintain proper attendance in respective workstations throughout the year.
∎ Shift work, including nights and weekends, may be required, especially when manufacturing equipment is in continual 24-hour operation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years of experience in food/confectionery industry.
∎ Strong in communication and interpersonal skills and capable to work with cross functional team.
∎ Capable of managing complexity and adaptive to any situation.
∎ Self-motivated and perform under pressure.
∎ Adaptive approach to match the shifting demands of different situations.
∎ Encourages diverse thinking to promote and nurture innovation.
∎ Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
