∎ Diploma in Engineering
∎ HSC in Science, Diploma in food engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & ensure the product quality as per the specification for all products & record the data.
∎ Conduct the calibration of process related measuring device & gauges.
∎ Assist during NPD trial & NPD lab management and conduct the trial & analysis.
∎ Conduct the FG/ RM/PM sampling & physical analysis and assist for FG analysis.
∎ Perform defect analysis of primary packing machine.
∎ Ensuring GMP, cleaning & safety of production floor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years of experience in food/confectionery industry.
∎ Strong in communication and interpersonal skills and capable to work with cross functional team.
∎ Capable of managing complexity and adaptive to any situation.
∎ Self-motivated and perform under pressure.
∎ Adapts approach and demeanour in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations.
∎ Encourages diverse thinking to promote and nurture innovation.
∎ Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
