Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operate DCS control console and field operation to coordinate and regulate variable process variables and to direct flow rates of various process and utility streams according to prescribed schedules.
∎ Read processing schedules, operating logs, test results of samples and laboratory recommendations to determine changes in equipment controls required to produce specified quantity and quality of product.
∎ Responsible for recording, compiling, reporting and documenting operating data, and monitoring process indicators.
∎ Responsible for preparation of plant isolation and day-to-day maintenance work.
∎ Work directly with the foreign experts in the transfer of technical advice during commissioning and the initial period of operation.
∎ Positions may require standing and walking 6-8+ hours per day with shifts alternating between days and nights.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in sugar refinery is preferred.
∎ Excellent knowledge and understanding of equipment / plant operation and maintenance.
∎ Must have the ability to learn and work effectively with the plant's distributed control system(DCS).
∎ Mechanical experience is an asset.
∎ Report writing and presentation skills.
∎ Simple readings, writing and math skills are required.
