∎ Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an operations role, with exposure to marketing tasks.
∎ Operational Skills: Demonstrated ability to support operational processes, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to project management with a keen eye for detail.
∎ Marketing Skills: Basic understanding of marketing principles and experience assisting with marketing campaigns, content creation, and data analysis.
∎ Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), project management tools, and basic knowledge of marketing platforms (e.g., social media management tools).
∎ Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively articulating ideas and collaborating with both the operations and marketing teams.
∎ Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Analytical Thinking: Ability to perform basic data analysis for operational improvements and marketing insights.

∎ Administrative Excellence: Handle administrative tasks with precision, including scheduling, document preparation, and communication management.
∎ Marketing Contribution: Assist in executing marketing strategies and content creation, aligning operational goals with marketing objectives.
∎ Data Analysis: Perform basic data analysis to support operational and marketing decision-making.
∎ Project Coordination: Support the management of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
∎ Content and Menu Assistance: Help in creating marketing content and menu updates as part of operational enhancements.
∎ Efficiency Improvements: Identify and implement improvements in operational processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Market Research Support: Conduct research under the guidance of marketing to gather insights that inform both marketing and operational strategies.
