∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
∎ Minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on Flutter and Dart.
∎ Proven track record of developing and deploying Flutter apps on both iOS and Android platforms.
∎ Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), asynchronous programming, and familiarity with Dart packages and libraries.
∎ Proficiency in different app architectures, such as BLoC, Provider, Redux, or MVVM, to structure code in a scalable and maintainable way.
∎ Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a team-oriented environment.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

∎ Implement complex widget trees, state management solutions, navigation, theming, and animations to ensure an engaging user experience.
∎ Collaborate with the design team to translate UI/UX designs into functional mobile applications.
∎ Write cross-platform code that runs efficiently on iOS, Android, and web platforms, maintaining consistency across devices.
∎ Integrate various APIs and data sources into the applications, handling data serialization, authentication, error handling, and network communication effectively.
∎ Ensure robust and secure app functionality across different devices and versions.
∎ Conduct code reviews, unit testing, widget testing, integration testing, and debugging to optimize performance and fix issues.
∎ Work closely with the product and engineering teams to implement new features and improvements.
∎ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in mobile development.
