Job Description:

Remote Talent Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, closing deals, and achieving sales targets. This position offers an opportunity to earn commission during the probationary period and a competitive base salary with commission upon qualification.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients.Present and promote our products/services to potential clients.

• Close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.Maintain and develop client relationships.

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

• Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share with internal teams.

  Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

• Fluency English (If you can’t speak English please do not apply)

  Compensation:

• Probationary Period (6 months):

  Commission-based: 4,000 BDT per deal closed on time. Post-Probationary Period (upon qualification):

  Base Salary: 30,000 BDT per month.Commission: 15% on the first transaction (commission starts after the first 3 deals are closed).
