Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for software applications, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
∎ Perform user research to gather insights into user needs and behaviors. Use these findings to inform and improve design decisions.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development and marketing, to ensure seamless integration of design elements into projects.
∎ Produce a variety of promotional materials, such as brochures, banners, and advertisements, to support marketing efforts.
∎ Align Designs with Brand Messaging: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all designs consistently reflect the brand's messaging and identity.
∎ Design compelling 2D illustrations for use in promotional and marketing materials to capture attention and convey messages effectively.
∎ Apply 3D design skills to enhance the visual impact of marketing solutions, adding depth and realism where appropriate.
∎ Employ principles of color theory in design projects to create visually pleasing and cohesive compositions, ensuring color consistency across all materials.
∎ Demonstrate proficiency in using design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D software like Blender or Maya for creating and editing designs.
