Responsibilities & Context:

• Drive implementation of EHS, Quality, and FP&R standards in operations and engineering.

• Ensure all WIP and finished products conform to release specifications.

• Oversee safety, personal and industrial hygiene, GMP, and housekeeping practices.

• Maintain and periodically review an effective documentation system in operations.

• Manage Change Control documentation for product quality-related changes.

• Ensure plant equipment and assets are well-maintained and calibrated as per defined frequency.

• Participate in technology transfer processes, EMO readiness, and start-up production.

• Ensure effective root cause analysis and timely corrective actions for nonconformances.

• Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with cleaning and sanitization (C&S) SOPs and coordinate related activities.

• Support quality audit execution, training initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.

• Ensure traceability of raw and packaging materials and compliance with quality standards.

• Oversee manufacturing records, ensuring data integrity and adherence to documentation practices.

• Participate in qualification activities for equipment, processes, and projects.

• Manage the Indirect Procurement function, including purchasing spare parts and consumables, and oversee engineering stores.
