∎ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

∎ Strong knowledge of GMP, quality standards, and process diagrams.
∎ Leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
∎ Analytical mindset for KPIs, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive implementation of EHS, Quality, and FP&R standards in operations and engineering.
∎ Ensure all WIP and finished products conform to release specifications.
∎ Oversee safety, personal and industrial hygiene, GMP, and housekeeping practices.
∎ Maintain and periodically review an effective documentation system in operations.
∎ Manage Change Control documentation for product quality-related changes.
∎ Ensure plant equipment and assets are well-maintained and calibrated as per defined frequency.
∎ Participate in technology transfer processes, EMO readiness, and start-up production.
∎ Ensure effective root cause analysis and timely corrective actions for nonconformances.
∎ Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and corrective actions.
∎ Ensure compliance with cleaning and sanitization (C&S) SOPs and coordinate related activities.
∎ Support quality audit execution, training initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
∎ Ensure traceability of raw and packaging materials and compliance with quality standards.
∎ Oversee manufacturing records, ensuring data integrity and adherence to documentation practices.
∎ Participate in qualification activities for equipment, processes, and projects.
∎ Manage the Indirect Procurement function, including purchasing spare parts and consumables, and oversee engineering stores.
