Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing overall operation, finding gaps to optimize operation for service center
∎ Preparing all operational documents and reports that might include Gap summary and overall team performance insights
∎ Perceived feedback & action plans based on analyzed data
∎ Preparing feedback & action plans based on analyzed data
∎ Facilitating cross channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams
∎ Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and area where improvements could be made
∎ Visiting service centers as per requirements/needs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good analytical and Presentation skill
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English
∎ Ability to work under extreme stress
∎ Leadership with positive mind and thinking
