∎ As per requirement you have to visit & stay at factories, feed mill and other projects under XIC time to time.
∎ Oversee Industrial projects from beginning to end.
∎ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and mentor effectively.
∎ A solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.
∎ The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Obtain the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities for company projects.
∎ Keep all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularly.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement, and refine manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Ensure products meet stringent quality standards through effective quality control measures.
∎ Select, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
∎ Identify and resolve technical and operational issues to maintain production continuity.
∎ Conduct cost-benefit analyses to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
∎ Adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards to ensure a safe and sustainable working environment.
∎ Contribute to the development and optimization of engineering team structures and processes to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
∎ Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to improve manufacturing capabilities and support business growth.
∎ Establish and implement standardized engineering processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
∎ Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of engineering initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Foster a positive and high-performing engineering culture that emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
