XIC is looking for a Motion Designer who can bring visuals to life. Someone who understands movement, rhythm, storytelling — and knows how to use AI as a creative accelerator, not a shortcut.

Job Responsibilities:

### You’re a good fit if:

• You’re highly skilled in Adobe After Effects.

• You’re comfortable with Photoshop & Illustrator for asset prep and design support.

• You understand motion principles (timing, easing, composition, pacing).

• You can use AI tools for ideation, animation support, workflow speed-up, and creative exploration. A plus but not mandatory.

• You’re detail-obsessed and visually sharp.

• You’re always learning new plugins, techniques, and trends.

• You don’t just animate — you design with motion.

• Creating motion graphics for branding, campaigns, digital content, and presentations.

• Turning static designs into engaging visual stories.

• Working closely with designers and 3D artists.

• Using AI smartly to enhance workflow and creative output.

• Continuously refining animation quality and storytelling impact.
