Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise daily production status of Factory as per production plan.
∎ To supervise raw materials stock position daily basis of Factory.
∎ To supervise finished goods stock position of various depot.
∎ To supervise monthly consumption report & ensure the accuracy.
∎ Follow up the demand - supply gap of FG
∎ Follow up the movement of slow & non moving inventory.
∎ Control of inventory level
∎ Monitor proper utilization of Machine
∎ Maintain Cash flow of business
∎ Daily Monitor the liabilities of Bank
∎ Liaison with all departments for ensuring smooth operation
∎ Ensure Monthly Sales target as well as yearly Sales Target Achievement
∎ Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance) through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
∎ Weekly: -
∎ Preparation of production vs. DO report
∎ Preparation of DO VS SF Report
∎ Preparation of DO VS Lifting Report
∎ MPL Factory visit & find out their problem
∎ Attend HOD & departmental Coordination meeting
∎ Undelivered status follow up
∎ Monthly: -
∎ Factory wise production planning
∎ Making DR for subcontracting items
∎ Checking of monthly consumption report
∎ Giving of Finished Goods stock report
∎ Follow up of depot wise finished goods stock quantity & value.
∎ Ensure optimum stock at depot
∎ Both FG & RM inventory level control
∎ Preparing the variance of monthly production demand & actual production
∎ Preparing the variance of monthly sales forecast & DO
∎ Preparing the monthly import planning.
∎ Monthly non-moving items follow up at depot.
∎ Coordinate with VAT dept. for maintaining inventory at MPL
∎ Yearly:
∎ Suggest system development of software & production data
∎ Seasonal production planning
∎ Yearly production planning
∎ Yearly Budget Preparation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Who have experience in pump and gas stove in different organization will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
