Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check depots stock, storage, order, delivery & returning of goods; reconciliation of recorded document with process approval.
∎ Monitor all warehouse sales collections activities, as well as all special sales commission & after sales service.
∎ Check monthly salary sheet, petty cash bill, conveyance bill, mobile bill and vehicles repair and maintenance bill & prepare voucher.
∎ Prepare sales commission, sales persons & dealer's incentive and package commission's bill and voucher.
∎ Prepare & present all kind of (warehouse accounts activities) MIS at daily, monthly and yearly basis, analysis & report to management.
∎ Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.
∎ Always research to improve all warehouse operations & record keeping system according to company's objectives.
∎ Make plans to develop staffs of warehouse by internal/on-job training. Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse administration.
∎ To check implementation of company procedure, visits weekly/monthly warehouse certainly.
∎ Other duties as assigned as per qualifications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Additional accounts background degree is an added advantage.
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, Power Point and MS Excel).
∎ Specially experience on manufacturing & trading sector.
∎ NID, Educational Certificate, Experience Certificate, NOC and Pay Slip/Bank Statement must have attached with CV.
Salary: Negotiable
