∎ Bhumijo is looking for an energetic, passionate mind to contribute as Operation manager. The key objective of the position is to lead operation team to ensure the quality of service and business sustainability.
∎ Reporting supervisor: Chief Operation Officer (COO)
∎ Immediate Subordinate(s): Operation executives
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Team management: i) Manage field executives and resolve critical issues. ii) Facility staff hiring and training.
∎ Reporting and documentation: i) Prepare operational and business reports. ii) Prepare presentation as required. iii) Support preparation of contract and tender documents
∎ Procurement: i) Procurement of cleaning materials, products for sale, repair works others services.
∎ External Communication: i) Communicate with government and private partners /clients
∎ Any other relevant work assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum 1 years work experience of management position.
∎ Experience at security / cleaning company / housekeeping service
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
