Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as e-commerce, sourcing, or logistics.
∎ Proven experience in sourcing fashion products from China, India, and Vietnam mostly.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
∎ A passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends.
∎ Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to grow with the company.
∎ Fluency in Bangla and English communication is required.
∎ Expertise in Excel sheet management.
∎ Basic financial knowledge and accounts management, including budgeting, planning, and pricing.

∎ We are a growing fast-fashion e-commerce platform in Dhaka looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Operation & Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in the success of our company by spearheading our sourcing and logistics operations.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market research to identify new and trending fashion items in the foreign market.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Monthly salary range of 15,000 to 20,000 based on experience and qualifications (Incentives based on performance).
∎ Yearly salary review.
∎ 2 festival bonuses as per company policy (after completing one year).
