∎ Relevant experience in operations management, ideally within a nonprofit or charitable trust.
∎ Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to charitable organizations.
∎ Familiarity with compliance, financial documentation, and audit processes in the nonprofit sector.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
∎ Plan, implement, and monitor trust programs and initiatives.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and charitable governance requirements.
∎ Support the Board of Trustees with timely documentation and operational updates.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (Government Authorities/ NGOs etc.) for project implementation.
∎ Oversee facility management, logistics, and resource allocation.
∎ Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and monitoring expenditures.
∎ Liaise with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
∎ Ensure the maintenance of accurate records and documentation.
