LAMB is a well-run major mission Hospital, Community Health Development, Training and Research organization. Services cover more than 6.3 million people in North West Bangladesh.

There is a vacancy for the following contractual position under the Community Health and Development Program (CHDP).

Job Summary: The Deputy Director/Senior Program Manager hold the MVVs of LAMB. The primary purpose of the position of Deputy Director/Senior Program Manager is to oversee delegated projects and administrative task and also assist CHDP Director and Project Managers to achieve the goal of CHDP portfolio defined by the LAMB through the provision of an efficient, effective and high-quality service delivery, monitoring & evaluation, and maintain a functional relationship with GOB officials, Donor and other department of LAMB to ensure sustainable and qualitative service. Contribute to the achievement of the overall goals of the CHDP. S/he will monitor the progress and facilitate attaining the program objectives within level of authority. Provide leadership and support in planning, implementation, monitoring, and effective implementation of project interventions. S/he is also responsible for providing supportive supervision to designated staff and networking with GO/NGOs and donors. S/he will be responsible for creating child-safe environment in offices, for ensuring the education of staff of the projects under CHDP regarding child and vulnerable adult protection policies, and for ensuring staff's awareness of their obligation to report any allegation, concern, suspicion or disclosure of abuse or neglect to the proper authorities as per policy. 

Salary: Minimum Tk. 75,000 per month gross but negotiable based on experience. Other benefits include, medical benefit, provident fund, festival allowance once per year, and critical illness and death benefit.
