∎ Age at least 28 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Quality check of all particle board finish goods and identify the problems.
∎ Prepare quality reports and maintain up to date files.
∎ Monitor PB lab test on a daily basis and follow up on product quality.
∎ Recommend, initiate and implement for continuous quality.
∎ Support all daily inspection activities on production floor.
∎ Effectively manage and improve team activities, maintaining a high standard of communication through team briefings, consultation, and discussion.
∎ Communicate with customers, suppliers, certification bodies, govt. agencies, in regards to quality and compliance issues.
∎ Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.
∎ continuously review and utilize customer satisfaction surveys to improve the quality of service.
∎ Tasks as and when desired by HOD.
