Responsibilities & Context:
Execute sales operations and achieve territory sales targets
Maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, and prospective customers
Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage
Provide product information, quotations, and pricing support to customers
Handle customer queries, complaints, and order-related issues
Conduct regular market visits and collect market intelligence
Monitor stock availability and showroom product displays
Maintain sales reports, customer records, and visit updates
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
