• Strong knowledge of security protocols and surveillance systems

• Lead and maintain group-wide premises security to prevent unauthorised access and ensure a safe working environment across all locations.

• Oversee visitor registration, identification verification, and escorting protocols, and administer gate pass and facility access control systems.

• Monitor and operate the CCTV security system across all premises; detect, document, and escalate suspicious activities or security breaches promptly.

• Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel group-wide, maintaining high operational standards and fostering a professional security culture.

• Prepare and submit regular security reports to senior management, covering incidents, observations, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.

• Develop and implement group security policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
