• Able to work in a team

• Possessing a positive attitude

• The candidate should have 3-5 years experience in any reputed pharmaceuticals company.

• Conversant with MS Office application

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the documentation system, including the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other production documents (MBPR)

• Maintain adequate and accurate records for controlling and monitoring conformity to specified PIC/S GMP and statutory requirements

• Monitor the production process to ensure compliance with PIC/S GMP standards

• Organize production schedule to ensure smooth and efficient produc-tion operation

• Solve any practical problems in manufacturing

• Provide staff training, team supporting and coaching

• Maintain the daily operation and ad-hoc functions of Production Depart-ment

• Coordinate with other departments on production schedule and validation arrangement

• Monitor the daily production activities to ensure efficient delivery of the production schedule

• Manage maintenance of production facilities and equipment
