Education:
∎ Diploma/ Bachelor in Engineering (BSc) in EEE, Chemical IPE & Mechanical in public or any reputed private University.

∎ Age 22 to 38 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Making workforce plan with existing equipments and available.
∎ 2. Making weekly and monthly production schedule on basis of Battery assembly plan.
∎ 3. Ensuring shift wise and daily Production Requirement of plate preparation.
∎ 4. Supervising all operations during assigned shift and effectively provide direction to relevant plant operators of formation.
∎ 5. Checking all quality parameters of formation to ensure best quality product.
∎ 6. Making sure duty handover to another officer as when leave office.
∎ 7. Maintaining FIFO in production process.
∎ 8. Maintaining shift wise & daily Activities report /daily floor report.
∎ 9. Preparing shift wise duty roaster for the technician.
∎ 10. Complete work status reports for production progress, work in progress and material inventory
∎ 11. Follow up the movement of production peoples and Check the OT.
∎ 12. Maintain Monthly Production and rejection report& analysis of formation.
∎ 13. Monitor, Control and minimize the process wastage.
∎ 14. Monitor ETP operation.
∎ 15. Keep equipment operational by coordinating engineering & maintenance department.
∎ 16. Make sure all equipment/machine calibration.
∎ 17. Ensure PPE ,health and safety of production peoples and maintain all the process as per ISO standard
∎ 18. Maintain and implement periodic training, Evaluation & performance of QMS,OHSAS & EMS
∎ 19. Make sure proper housekeeping.
