∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): payroll management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare weekly bill for piece rate operators (Sewing & Finishing).
∎ Check and verify (prduction report, piece rate opetaor name, quantity, style, size, color, process etc.) for piece rate bill preparation.
∎ Preapre payment sheet for contractor (Sewing, Cutting) and send accounts for verification and payment confirmation.
∎ Coordinate with production and IPE concern for style and operation wise rate confirmation and get approval from BoDs.
∎ Prepare unpaid piece rate bill statement, order wise Sewing closing report and submit Accounts.
∎ Ensure minimum wages of piece rate operators.
∎ Prepare monthly mobile bill and send accounts for verification and payment confirmation.
∎ Responsible for disbursement mobile handset, corporate sim, replacement, suspend, new approval and communicate with mobile operator.
