Job Responsibilities:
∎ Windows Server 2019 R2, 2022 R2 Server administration. Managing Active Directory, configuring desktops, installing printers for users. Managing Mail sever, File server, ERP server and other important servers & Firewall, Router, Switch Configuration.
∎ Having experience of networking infrastructure, including CAT 5/6 Cabling, Wireless Networks, Network Switches, WAN/LAN, Domain Controller, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Firewall and VPN application. Ability to Configuration and Administrative maintenance of Mikro-Tik, Cambium, Cisco SW etc. Make sure the proper functioning of the network design, security and organize the system network. Application Support (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook 365 etc.), Printer& Network Support etc
∎ Expert with macOS administration & trouble shooting, system architecture, core frameworks, virtualization. Mac hardware & (iPhone, iPad, apple watch) electronic, storage redundancy & cloud solutions, Expert with data recovery, data loss prevention (DLP), data redundancy, data extraction, Proficiency in Network & Network security fundamentals, automation and programmability.
∎ Overseeing all technical support and troubleshooting activities related to Network printers, LaserJet printers, photocopying machines, scanners, CCTV cameras, Access Control Devices, Multimedia Projectors, PABX system etc.
∎ Maintain security systems and providing threat and vulnerability analysis as well as a security advisory to IT/other Users.
∎ Coordinate IT stuff and supervise technicians and other professionals providing proper guidance
∎ Day to day responsibility for the running, maintenance, updating and security of the overall Factory/Head Office Information System application, Network System and other software.
∎ Schedule and provide training to IT staff or end-users on relevant IT system when necessary.
∎ Sound knowledge is needed and helping ERP administration.
∎ Monitor and analysis System from all perspective
∎ Video Conference (VC): Maintaining Video Conference system.
∎ CCTV: Maintaining DVR Server.
∎ PBX System: Maintaining PBX system.
∎ Maintain & Monitor troubleshooting- PC, Printer, Scanner, and new devices.
∎ Monitor troubleshooting and maintaining fingerprint / facial devices/ Biometric device etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates residing in Savar, Nabinagar, Dhamrai & Manikganj areas will be given special preference.
∎ Should be a CCNA, VM Wave & MikroTik Routers certified
∎ Have knowledge of Data Center.
∎ Maintain total software System and Network Administration in LAN/WAN and VPN based Data & wireless Network
∎ Experience in the Information Security/Systems along with Application/Software as well as Network/Infrastructure Security and strong Security, Network, System Administration required .
∎ Review & update IT policy & ICT security policy: ensure secured access to the network system; evaluate Cyber Security Risks and make plan to encounter cyber or technical attack
∎ Must have good knowledge in English.
