Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
∎ M. Sc. in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Biochemistry/Food & Nutrition.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check raw materials, packaging materials and finished product for Wheat Flour, Bakery and Confectionary Products as per national & international standard.
∎ Monitor process of each stage of production.
∎ Monitor abnormality of production premises.
∎ Monitor all SOP, Checklist and CCP of process.
∎ Monitor all compliance, Calibration, ClP, COP and personal hygiene of factory premises.
∎ Responsible to operate sophisticated instrument Iike as ICP-MS, HPLC, LC-MS-MS, GC, UV-US Spectrophotometer, NIR etc. in the laboratory.
∎ Prepare and review of method validation protocols and reports.
∎ To be followed GLP & GHP rules.
∎ Maintain all controlled documents in a timely and accurate manner.

∎ 3-5 years of experience in Bakery & Confectionary products.
