Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the operations & production planning for Spices and Puffed Rice plant.
∎ Develop and implement the production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production objectives.
∎ Monitor production processes to ensure that the operation running with safely, efficiently and identifying areas for improvement.
∎ Manage inventory and coordinate with purchase & Finance staff to ensure that raw materials and other supplies are available according to the schedule.
∎ Conduct regular equipment and machinery inspections to identify potential issues and coordinating with maintenance staff to make sure repairs and servicing happen as necessary.
∎ Provide training & Education for employees skill development.
