Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in managing factory compliance and discipline and act as the "Welfare Officer" in accordance with the Bangladesh Labor Act 2006.
Assist in ensuring compliance with ISO 22000:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 standards and maintain all HR-related documentation.
Assist in establishing and maintaining a congenial work environment, emphasizing strong employee relations practices.
Assist in all types of factory recruitment in line with company procedures.
Coordinate employee onboarding and job confirmation processes and maintain a database of new joiners.
Assist in preparing the training calendar based on business needs.
Arrange and facilitate training programs for new employees.
Develop and maintain liaison with relevant stakeholders for talent sourcing.
Assist the HR Manager in various HR processes, including headcount budgeting, manpower planning, and departmental coordination.
