Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct the awareness program on rules & regulation, compliance issues, health & safety, hygiene & first aid etc.
∎ Carrying out floor visit (daily) to check housekeeping & compliance issues.
∎ To look after worker's welfare.
∎ Collect grievance of workers & consult with management to resolve worker's problem, complaints or grievances.
∎ To make cordial & personal relation with workers.
∎ Ensure all over welfare activities as per law-2006 and Company’s policies.
∎ Organizing meetings of WPC, EHS & OHS committees etc.
∎ Carry out employee motivation & morale-building activities.
∎ Able to handle factory general worker.
∎ Any other duties, as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
