• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent technical training

• Candidates with relevant trade certificates/vocational training will also be considered.

• Sound knowledge of sewing machines, generators, boilers, and industrial electrical systems.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work in shifts and under pressure.

GMS Textiles Ltd. is a complete GREEN Project & one of the most modern composite knit wear factories in Bangladesh is going to recruit “Incharge - RMG Maintenance” for factory unit located at Tansutrapur, Kaliakoir, Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the entire maintenance team (mechanical & electrical) on shift/floor.

• Ensure preventive & breakdown maintenance of sewing machines, generators, boilers, compressors, and utility equipment.

• Prepare and monitor maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and maintenance reports.

• Ensure minimum machine downtime and maximum production efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and buyer compliance requirements.

• Coordinate with production, IE, and quality departments.

• Train and guide junior technicians and officers.
