Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure machine wise production target
∎ Ensure daily machine & quality check point of respective machine.
∎ Implement '5S & Safety First' system in the production floor
∎ Shift wise production follow up and machine operator management
∎ Check and ensure production quality as per standard
∎ Raw material arrange follow up and distribution and stock control
∎ Remake & shortage analysis and arrange weekly meeting with all concern person
∎ Reject percentage Analysis ,Absenteeism report and analysis
∎ Conduct training & taking feedback for worker
∎ Any other task assign by the Section Manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent computer proficiency in MS Office application suite.
∎ Excellent communication/presentation skill in English and Bangla.

Salary: Negotiable
