∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Canva
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute end-to-end recruitment process of Management employees in line with line manager in accordance with the company's strategic direction and as per the company's, human resources need for ensuring the right people are in right place at right time.
∎ Execute planning for Employer Branding channels like LinkedIn, Facebook Careers website in order to drive engagement and growth
∎ Overlook internship program to groom up young talents for future entry-level roles, as well as ensure the fulfillment of ongoing business needs.
∎ On-time Confirmation of Head Office employees for the timely handover of the letter.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
