∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Delivery Management, Inventory or Store or Warehouse, Stock Inventory Control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Battery, Storage cell, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have enough knowledge on warehouse management system.
∎ Should have knowledge on ERP software.
∎ The inventory officer is responsible for preparing the purchase orders, receiving, storing, issuing the goods, managing the stock levels and giving out the supplies from the stock.
∎ Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods, re-stocks items as necessary, labels shelves.
∎ He / She finds out sources of supply and is responsible for obtaining prices from the suppliers as well.
∎ Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders
∎ He/ she is responsible for preparing the reports on adjustments done to inventories that may be damaged, spoilt, etc., and coordinates the purchasing, inventory and warehousing functions.
∎ Records purchases, maintains database and performs physical count of inventory.
∎ Performs routine duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting the sub-ordinates.
∎ Capable of handling manpower as well as leads the team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 year(s) of experience in the relevant field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area of Inventory or Store or Warehouse / Manufacturing Organization.
∎ Must have prior experience in management, stocks and delivery.
∎ Pleasant Personality and Excellent communication skill.
