Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review total area of this store and observe the condition of store house early in the morning to determine the condition of storage item and its safety
∎ Ensure accurate and on time entry in Tally Software of all item's movement of store.
∎ Prepare and submit to Management various types of regular and periodical reports on stock inventory, volume of goods consumption and production, non-production items cost as well as other related issues.
∎ Check opening stocks as per reports on daily basis specially running items.
∎ Maintain each and every movement, inventory and stock of store by using Tally Software.
∎ Conduct Monthly 100% physical counting of inventory.
∎ Verify all Raw materials the end of day activity (In/Out) & rectify the error if any.
∎ Ensure maintenance of Store compliance including LIFO, FIFO & BIN Card Method.
∎ Arrange timely Loading-unloading and all kinds of goods by coordinating with others.
∎ Ensure MRR in software & handover to Finance/Commercial department.
∎ Check Safety, Quality and Compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Coordinate with Purchase/Procurement Team, Commercial, F & A, Audit department & necessary departments.
∎ Create Tally requisition of all kinds of Raw Materials item to meet smooth production and Operation.
∎ Verify all the incoming material according to store SOP/ISO Standard.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the head of department/ higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 31 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working on Bonded Warehouse & Garments accessories manufacturing company will get preference.
∎ Excellent in Speaking and writing skill in English.
∎ Strong analytical & interpersonal skill.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power Point & E-mail Writing.
∎ Strong communication (presentation & content) & interpersonal skills.
