Responsibilities & Context:
Check and verify all kinds of bill vouchers to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
Review purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documents to verify accuracy and compliance with procurement policies·
Raw materials, WIP, finished goods & general store item physical inventory counting on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis·
Production process audit (from raw material and finished goods) and root cause analysis of abnormal process loss·
Perform periodical audits on raw materials, finished goods & general store items·
Capable of finding out the discrepancy of every dealing and record and report timely.
Identify weaknesses in the internal control system and contribute to the development of the process/ system·
Performing all reconciliations and analytical procedures·
Ensure all the deliveries are being done according to the company`s rules and regulations.
Pre-audit of wages, overtime, earned leave encashment, service benefit, final settlement & maternity benefit, etc.
Check C & F bills and root cause analysis of port and shipping demurrage.
BTB L/C, export realization, and import-related bill voucher audit.
Prepare a details audit report, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and action plans.
