Job Context:
∎ A renowned Knit Composite garments factory is looking for potential candidates for the position of Officer/Sr. Officer (Industrial Engineering/ Work Study) at its Factory located near Mawna, Gazipur.
∎ Job location for the position is at Gazipur, Factory Office.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job location for the position is at Gazipur, Factory Office.
∎ Major Job responsibilities of the position are as follows:
∎ Ensure implementation of IE/ Work-study techniques like capacity study, time study, production study, method study etc.
∎ Problem find out , Non Production Time (NPT) calculation, floor monitor, quality report analysis.
∎ Find out Bottleneck operations & ensure line balancing.
∎ Perform Skill Matrix for newly appointed workers.
∎ Make operation breakdown & layout.
∎ Follow up hourly production of particular line & arrange necessary corrective action for increasing productivity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Candidate should have 3-5 yrs of experience in Knit Garments Factory as a IE/ work Study Officer/Executive.
∎ Must have knowledge on basic computer applications.
∎ Should be sincere, hardworking, self motivated & result oriented
∎ Should possess excellent leadership & analytical skills
∎ Candidates residing in the surrounding area of Gazipur are preferable.
