Educational Requirements:

∎ LLB/LLM will be highly recommended.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manpower planning and talent acquisition and Perform Recruitment, Selection, On-boarding and Orientation activities as per business need & in order to become fully integrated.
∎ Leading Recruitment Activities: Responsible for the recruitment and selection process for Management & Non- Management.
∎ Publish job advertisements in a timely manner, invite candidates by phone, interviews selection, salary negotiation and send offers.
∎ Improvement of recruitment methods, statistics and analysis of recruitment date, expansion and maintenance of recruitment channels to develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
∎ Proper documentation of employee records (soft and hard copies).
∎ Paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
∎ Create and maintain HRMS and generate various HR reports as assigned.
∎ Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
∎ Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
∎ Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management (if required).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication in English & interpersonal skills, self-motivated.
∎ Good Counseling capability.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality.
∎ Proficient in MS Office Package.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should be a team player.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Code 2006, amendment act 2013, other required laws applicable for factories.
