Additional Requirements:
1-2 years experience in paint/color lab or any process industries.
Responsibilities & Context:
Paint Recipe & stock counting including make up paint.
FIFO maintain as per receiving wise paints & chemicals.
CCK machine calibration monitoring & checking daily.
Dispenser machine dispense checking daily.
Color Judgement for Enamel finishing products.
Paint stock entry in wings & consumption counting.
PPE management in CCK room.
Ensure make up paint can keeping as per attached leveling guideline.
Ensure 5S & safety and prepare KYT based on section risk assessment.
Good understanding about GHS symbol & maintain SDS or MSDS during paint or chemical handling in Slider Enameling.
Conduct training to subordinates & workers.
Any other tasks assigned by the department manager.
