Additional Requirements:
1-2 years experience in paint/color lab or any process industries.
Responsibilities & Context:
Providing technical advice to production staff, product development, quality control staff.
Operating knowledge about spectrophometer, hero dispenser & gyro mixer machine.
Colour judgement capability both visual & numerical by using CCI (Color Computer Inspection).
Using reference samples to identify colour requirements & maintain CMC value within standard level.
Ensuring colour fastness, accurate colour production, stability and durability of products.
Using colour measuring equipment, light source to ensure colour reliability in pigments.
Controlling sample & bulk production within same quality standards.
Cleaning, maintenance & calibration of spectrophometer and other instruments of analysis lab.
Ensure 5S & safety and prepare KYT based on section risk assessment.
Good understanding about GHS symbol & maintain SDS or MSDS during paint or chemical handling in Slider Enameling.
Producing innovative solutions that meet customer requirements.
Conduct training to subordinates & workers.
Any other tasks assigned by the department manager.
