• 1-2 years experience in paint/color lab or any process industries.

• Providing technical advice to production staff, product development, quality control staff.

• Operating knowledge about spectrophometer, hero dispenser & gyro mixer machine.

• Colour judgement capability both visual & numerical by using CCI (Color Computer Inspection).

• Using reference samples to identify colour requirements & maintain CMC value within standard level.

• Ensuring colour fastness, accurate colour production, stability and durability of products.

• Using colour measuring equipment, light source to ensure colour reliability in pigments.

• Controlling sample & bulk production within same quality standards.

• Cleaning, maintenance & calibration of spectrophometer and other instruments of analysis lab.   

• Ensure 5S & safety and prepare KYT based on section risk assessment.

• Good understanding about GHS symbol & maintain SDS or MSDS during paint or chemical handling in Slider Enameling.

• Producing innovative solutions that meet customer requirements.

• Conduct training to subordinates & workers.

• Any other tasks assigned by the department manager.
