Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ PGD in HRM will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Bengali and English Typing, Communication skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Garments HR and Admin
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Handle the HR issues of a huge number of employee/workforce
∎ To take a key role in the HR recruitment process
∎ To develop & implement appraisal policy
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006, and Labor Rules.
∎ Ensure the factories are always prepared/ready for following audits like Social compliance Audit, Technical/Quality Assurance
∎ Audit & Security System Audit (C-TPAT), FCCA, SCS, GSV Eetc.
∎ Ensure Access/Right to Inspection during buyer's Audits.
∎ Follow up / take instant corrective action on auditors' certain minor findings /discrepancies during an audit.
∎ Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up regularly as per CAP submitted/given.
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get the object of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyers compliance inspection
∎ To lead a team and make them same skilled to identify and solve any sort of problem
∎ And also carry out any special duty assigned as and when required by the management for the interest of the organization
