Expertise in internal audit, risk management, and compliance
Familiarity with ERP systems
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary:
DGM / GM – Internal Audit to lead and strengthen the internal audit function within our garments corporate office. The role will ensure operational efficiency, compliance, financial integrity, and risk management across merchandising, production, sourcing, and commercial activities.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement annual internal audit plans
Identify operational, financial, and compliance risks
Establish internal control systems across departments
Review merchandising processes (order handling, costing, T&A)
Monitor production coordination and delivery timelines
Monitor adherence to buyer requirements and company policies
Oversee audit readiness and certification processes
Analyze cost sheets, margins, and financial performance
Audit LC documentation, export processes, and payment tracking
Ensure accuracy in invoicing and shipment documentation
Prepare audit reports with actionable insights
Present findings to senior management and board
Follow up on corrective action implementation
Lead and mentor the internal audit team
Coordinate with merchandising, production, QA, and commercial teams
Promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement
