Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work Station: Head Office, Dhaka
∎ Ensure route-wise growth according to route-to-market analysis, growth tracking, and generate necessary reports accordingly
∎ Reorganize the route as per route potential and optimize the coverage
∎ Coordinate with the relevant department to correct and update the outlet database
∎ Ensure manpower according to the demarcation plan
