Ventura Leatherware Mfy (BD) Ltd. a 100% Export Oriented Enterprise in Uttara EPZ, is searching for suitable candidate for the position of Officer-Reward Management/Payroll. The position is responsible to manage payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely compensation for all employees. The candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll regulations, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality, administering the organization`s reward management, ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in line with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage payroll and ensure accurate, timely compensation
Handle attendance, leave, overtime, bonuses, and final settlements
Ensure compliance with tax, PF, and labor laws
Maintain payroll and HRIS data
Manage employee benefits (insurance, bonuses, etc.)
Resolve payroll issues and employee queries
Prepare payroll reports and support audits
Salary review after successful completion of probationary period along with guaranteed allowance of BDT 4,000.
Insurance coverage for Life, IPD, OPD.
Annual performance incentive on completion of calendar year.
Other benefits as per BEPZA rules and company policy.
