Core Responsibilities :
Understand the concept and selection of suitable herbal activities and excipients
Data base generation of Herbal, Skin care, Oral care, Hair care actives and performance ingredients
Assist in Lean formulation development and optimization
Prepare lab, pilot & commercial trial batch and evaluate them accordingly
Analyze trial Products, Raw Materials and competitors` products
