Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc. in Chemistry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Slider enameling test result monitoring,Daily test reporting
∎ documentation. All kinds of dimension & performance test of zipper(daily & monthly basis).
∎ Production in process inspection Inquiry
∎ investigation.Internal claim & inquiry data analysis.
∎ Raw material inspection.Work with section to investigate.
∎ Checking effectiveness of corrective & preventive action section wise.EDX operation & test analysis & report.
∎ Reject analysis in final inspection for all assembly,area In process & final inspection report.
∎ Unit weight measurement & record Keeping.
∎ QC training in production floor with training material & take feedback.QC measuring equipment & testing machine
∎ calibration,Attend QC internal audit with lead auditor & prepare report.Submit Daily QC test Report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent english communication skill
∎ Able to work as a team
∎ Having willingness to do shifting duty.
∎ Having willingness to take new responsibility
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge (Specially MS Excel)
