Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in establishing, updating and implementing effective quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) system.
∎ Practice and follow up GMP/GLP/GHP such as hygiene, cleaning and sanitization.
∎ Assist in conducting internal audits and implementing ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
∎ Check out in process quality as per Quality Inspection guideline e.g. weight of RM, mfg. and exp. date of RM, appearance/organoleptic test of RM, cleanliness of production floor/equipment/utensils and surroundings.
∎ Monitor and ensure food safety & hygiene by every food handler, cleanliness of production areas/equipment/corridors, proper housekeeping as well as personnel hygiene of production people.
∎ Keep proper documentation of test reports, Lab. clearance certificates, pest control, log sheets.
