Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Any subject.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To design the daily and the monthly work plans Prepare for the Workers.
∎ To established Quality Check Point by Standard operating Procedure(SOP)
∎ To ensure that QC Process flow, Working Instruction and Quality Control measures are followed in the production process.
∎ Ensure 5S & safety and Prepare KYT Based on section risk Assessment.
∎ Quality education training to all employee.
∎ To ensure the daily inspection target & reject record analysis.
∎ Customer claim analysis & Report Making.
∎ To conduct Training Administrative rules & regulation as per BEPZA law.
∎ Any other task assigned by the department manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent english communication skill.
∎ Able to work as a team .
∎ Having willingness to do shifting duty.
∎ Having willingness to take new responsibility .
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge (Specially MS Excel).
