Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Chemistry.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis plating bath solution by filtration & AAS-7000
∎ Daily production report & remake analysis.
∎ Maintain monthly chemical stock & consumption report for smooth operation of plating.
∎ Daily hull cell test record analysis & report to Section/Dept. Manager
∎ Plan machine wise work load to ensure the daily production target.
∎ KYT and operator work distribution after KYT.
∎ Ensure proper working instruction and quality control measures are followed in the production process.
∎ Implement 5S, TPM activities & Safety First system in the production floor.
∎ Everyday making list of delivery item to Raw Material.
∎ Monitoring production delay, worker break, lunch & dinner time.
∎ Conduct training & taking feedback for worker.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent computer proficiency in MS Office application suite.
∎ Excellent communication/presentation skill in English and Bangla.

Salary: Negotiable
