∎ Masters in any discipline from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage job runs to ensure high quality and timely production.
∎ Maintaining people management skills to navigate thru given deadlines and issues.
∎ Proactively communicate supply chain issues to procurement teams and coordinate solution.
∎ Documenting, specification, creating production schedule, reports and analysis.
∎ Labor management.
∎ Ensuring adherence to corporate mandates/directives, maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), implementation of SOPs & service-level agreements (SLAs), safety, environmental and OSHA compliance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ 4+ year’s practical experience on production floor.
∎ Printing Sector experience preferred.
∎ Strong attention to detail.
∎ Ability to multi-task and utilize resources to execute tasks within a deadline.
∎ Commitment to continuous process improvement initiatives and ability to solve problems creatively.

Salary: Negotiable
